BLACKPINK Jisoo “It might be hard to get compliments about how pretty one is throughout the entire life”
BLACKPINK Jisoo made absurd remarks about her appearance.
On Feb 3rd, the magazine GQ Korea uploaded a video titled “Balance Game with JISOO, BLACKPINK”.
In the video, when asked “What YouTube content would you like to try? Mukbang (Eating show) Youtuber vs. Home training Youtuber“, Jisoo answered, “Mukbang (Eating show) Youtuber for sure. Home training Youtuber? Isn’t it just working out hard for 20 minutes? I’ll just eat for an hour. I will eat tteokbokki, pizza, chicken…”
Regarding the most memorable travel destination, she recalled, “The last show of the tour was in Amsterdam. When I was on tour with Jennie 3 or 4 years ago, we went to a pancake shop. We thought it would be nice to revisit the place.”
She confessed, “It was a random discovery back then, too. But we found it! The fact that we found the place was epic. And it was also great that the place stayed the same. It was a heartwarming moment. So I’ll choose that place.”
Besides, to the question “If you could only hear one compliment in your life, what would it be? ‘You’re really pretty’ vs. ‘You’re really funny’“, Jisoo replied, “If it’s throughout my entire life, I think I’ll choose ‘You’re really pretty’. I surprisingly get a lot of the latter, more than people assume I would. I didn’t mean to be funny, but they say I’m humorous. So I’m pretty sure I can hear that often. But it might be hard to get compliments about how pretty one is throughout the entire life.”
She added, “It’s not that I’m greedy for being funny. What’s funny is I’m just living my life, and people would randomly say ‘Stop making me laugh’, ‘You’re trying to be funny’. Not really? I just said what I gotta say.”
