BLACKPINK card has been released for the first time in Korea

BLACKPINK CARD is a credit card product launched by BC Card in partnership with an artist for the first time in Korea. As it is a collaboration with a credit card company, which is given only to the most popular artists, the position as a global popstar of BLACKPINK is once again verified. 

‘BLACKPINK Card‘ was prepared with a total of 10 images, with Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa participating in the design work themselves. The cards are equipped with fan-friendly features such as in-app payments, albums/books, streaming, and ticket discounts. In addition, there are various benefits that can be used in daily life, so it is expected to be well received. There was also an opportunity to receive the ‘BLACKPINK Card’ as a limited edition package. 

YG Entertainment CEO Hwang Bo-kyung said, “We expect to create great synergy through the credit card launched together with BC Card. As the 5th anniversary of BLACKPINK’s debut is coming soon, we hope that this partnership will be an opportunity to provide greater satisfaction to fans.”

CEO Won-seok Choi of BC Card said, “We are delighted to launch the first artist alliance credit card in Korea with BLACKPINK, who has captured the world beyond K-pop. We plan to release a variety of products that merge to the MZ generation. We are going to create a new trend in industries through integration with Metaverse, NFT, and Avatar in the future.”

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is running ‘4+1 PROJECT’, which consists of a total of five events, to mark the 5th anniversary of their debut in August. The global release of the film “BLACKPINK: THE MOVIE,” which contains the journey so far, the release of a photo book containing undisclosed images, and the joining of Weverse, a fan community platform, have drawn fans’ expectations.
