Recently, the news that Ed Sheeran will collaborate with BTS in a new song has made people fidget.

Recently, Ed Sheeran participated in an interview with the US radio show “Most Request Live” to talk about the new single “Bad Habits” on June 26 (local time). The male artist revealed, “I actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I just wrote a song for their new record. They’re absolutely amazing guys.”

On June 27, a source from Big Hit Music to Newsen said; “It’s true that Ed Sheeran is participating in BTS’ new song.”

Reportedly, the Big Hit boy group will have a CD version for their hit song “Butter” slated for release in July. Big Hit previously announced that it would include a brand new track that “will make your heart beat to the positive energy that BTS radiates.”

It’s unclear if the group’s new collaboration track with Ed Sheeran will be included in the CD version of “Butter“; or if it will be part of another album to be released in the future. About this question, Bit Hit commented, “We cannot confirm the details.”

Ed Sheeran and BTS’ first collaboration song is “Make It Right” from BTS’ 2019 album, “Map of the Soul: Persona”.
