Beating Lim Young-woong, BTS and IVE… No.1 on August Singer Brand Reputation rankings is?

The rankings of “Singer Brand Reputation” have been announced, drawing attention.

The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation recently announced the August Singer Brand Reputation Rankings from No.1 to No.100. The rankings are based on the analysis of 158,503,807 big data from July 27th to August 27th.

According to the announcement, BLACKPINK ranked first by beating No.3 Lim Young-woong and No.2 BTS. In particular, BLACKPINK (brand reputation index: 13.741.893) attracted attention as they took first place by a wide margin from No.2 BTS (brand reputation index: 7.404.133).

BLACKPINK released their second full-length album’s pre-released song “Pink Venom” on August 19th. The song ranked first on the Spotify Global Top Song Chart for three consecutive days. It has so far been gaining popularity on various global charts, such as topping the iTunes Song Chart in 75 countries including the United States and the United Kingdom. Its music video surpassed 100 million views in 29 hours and 35 minutes, becoming the fastest K-pop girl group music video to reach 100 million views.
