AOA Mina addressed Jimin, Seolhyun, her ex-lover in her latest handwritten letter clarifying the bullying scandal

On the morning of July 29, Kwon Mina (former AOA member) posted her handwritten letter on Instagram to clarify AOA’s internal bullying scandal
“First, I apologize for going back to Instagram after telling everyone I would stay away from it and reflect on my actions. However, I am forced to bring up this annoying topic again. I struggled for a long time whether or not I should go back to SNS.”
Mina then revealed that the controversy regarding AOA and her ex-boyfriend had been distorted causing her to receive much criticism. So she couldn’t continue to keep silent and suffer.
“First, I want to emphasize that I am Shin Jimin‘s victim, not the aggressor. I joined FNC in March 2007 and for 10 years I have suffered from vulgarity and violence. If Jimin treated all the members equally, I wouldn’t call myself a victim. The other members all agree that Jimin is particularly prejudiced against me.”
Mina continued to give responses to the AOA DC Gallery post.
Firstly, she once again went to refute all the claims that were released about her and explained the situation with Jimin during the time of their fathers’ deaths.
Mina also denied the information that she was bullied by the AOA members.
“Right before I left the group, I had a drink with everyone except Jimin and Seolhyun, and we all wondered why Jimin was prejudiced against me. At a cafe and in our dorm, everyone, including Seolhyun, said bad things about Jimin, they all wanted me to stay with AOA.
She revealed that only Jimin bullied her but she called the other members “bats” and “outsiders” because they “betrayed” her.
“The reason I call the other members “bats” and “outsiders” is because I feel betrayed. On that day, Yuna called me and asked if she could bring Jimin in to apologize (ChoA and some managers were already in my house), so I agreed. It took them an awful long time to get to me, Jimin brought in the other managers and then the knife… You all know this story. Everyone else who used to hate Jimin now sided with Jimin, and all left with Jimin when she left. This year when I talked to another member, she said that I’m just a business relationship to them.”
What caught netizens’ attention the most was when Mina explained why she mentioned Seolhyun in her suicide note.
“Seolhyun had trainee time with me, she is a close dongsaeng, and we have good memories together. Seolhyun is also very nice to me. I didn’t write her name in the suicide note just because she was close to Jimin. She’s in the industry, she has a big agency, and she’s powerful… If Seolhyun remembers anything, she should call me. But I don’t think she remembers anything. That’s probably why when she came to my house she said she hoped I didn’t die. When I have a chance, I will talk about this later. I was scared, and I also heard many things.”
Mina also mentioned her ex-boyfriend in her long letter. At the end of the letter, she apologized for returning to Instagram and thanked netizens for listening to her.
