Kwon Mina: “Why I unfollowed AOA members? Jimin’s best friend, Kim, was the bystander”.
Kwon Mina, who revealed last month that she had been bullied by Jimin during her AOA activities, explained in detail why she ended her SNS relationship with other members of AOA through Instagram on the 6th. Except for Jimin’s full name, she only mentioned the other members’ last names.
Kwon Mina said, “There are a lot of people asking why I unfollowed the members, criticizing me, or asking for an explanation, and now I will tell you that,” and added, “Now you’ll understand since everyone knows about Shin Jimin’s case, Kim, her best friend, has never seem perturbed when Jimin cursed at her and talked ill of her.”
Mina added, “I cared about Kim very much, but I was worried because I couldn’t approach her just because she was Shin’s best friend. Of course, all the members knew that I had a hard time because of Shin, and when we talked about it at the end, Kim said she didn’t care whatever it was and just didn’t like the situation. From my point of view, she was like other bystanders, and I was very sad to hear that.”
She continued: “When the members came with Shin Jimin to give an apology that doesn’t sound like an apology for the last time, the question was, “What was your good memory?”.
“She was young. So she let her nag me or do anything, and I know she’s young, but I just didn’t know what that means. I guess that’s how to live a social life, but it didn’t seem sincere and I didn’t really understand it,” Mina said.
She also said, “Seo really cared for me, but no one came forward to help me in front of Shin Jimin.”
“Shin (Hyejong) asked Jimin, “Why can’t you remember? I know and everyone knows”, and she just told me to accept the apology. But I thought she has to apologize properly first.”
“Kim was just a bystander so I stop following her first, and later, I unfollowed all of the members because I wanted to erase AOA’s memories”, she said. “I’m not asking you to understand this reason, and I’m not telling you not to send DM, but I share my opinion just because I wanted to be honest.”
