AOA’s former member, ChoA, is drawing attention as she uploaded a handwritten letter to fans. However, she didn’t mention anything about Kwon Mina and Shin Jimin’s conflict.
On the afternoon of September 19, Choa posted a handwritten letter on Instagram to express her gratitude to fans.
Here is her letter:
“ Hello, everyone. This is Choa :) Today is a very meaningful day to me! It’s been a year since my first video was posted on my Youtube channel. Until now, I still remember how I had prepared for the first video, can’t believe it’s already been a year! Time really flies. Looking back on the past one year, the fact that I have been posting videos once a week is not an easy thing at all, and sometimes it got me frustrated. Thanks to all the subscribers who have constantly come to my channel and supported me. Thanks to you all, I received a lot of strength and came all the way to this moment. I sincerely felt grateful for that. To mark my second year on Youtube, I am preparing some new content. In the future, I will become a Choa who always works hard to greet you with better images and videos! The Chuseok holiday will start tomorrow; I hope you will put away all the worries during this COVID-19 pandemic time for a while and enjoy a Chuseok full of laughter and happiness. Once again, thank you for being here with me for the past 1 year ♥ ”
Choa debuted as a member of AOA in July 2012. Known for having a clear and distinct voice, she was in charge of the main vocal position in the group. However, on June 22, 2017, Choa withdrew from the group.
At that time, she explained through a post on her SNS, saying, “I have been taking medicine to treat insomnia and depression. Since 2 years ago, I have had my scheduled activities reduced. Eventually, it was not only the matter of being tired, so I decided to stop all my activities.”
