While actor Kim Seon-ho admitted and apologized for the controversy over his personal life, an SNS account heralding a new revelation appeared.
On the afternoon of October 20th, an Instagram user uploaded a post, “I know both Kim Seon-ho and the Nate Pann debunker well.” The “Nate Pann debunker” is A, the ex-girlfriend who exposed the controversy over Kim Seon-ho‘s private life. They preannounced, “I’m not sure whether the revelation I’m going to make will be beneficial or harmful to anyone, but I’ll reveal them through famous entertainment media outlets based solely on objective facts from a third party’s point of view.”
In another post on the same day, the account owner nailed the disclosure date to October 25th and said, “I’ve already handed over the data and circumstances to several reporters, and I’ve also completed checking the facts.” Then they added, “I know it’s dangerous and scary, but I don’t think the truth should be buried like this. Please wait.” Earlier, the abovementioned account drew attention with articles mentioning the scandal even before Kim Seon-ho‘s official position was issued.
Not only that, they caught everyone’s eye by writing, “Celebrities A and B are trying to leave their agency as they feel like they got the short end of the stick. There must be a lot of celebrities who have collapsed. Since I saw it myself. Kim Seon-ho was at the center of controversy due to a revelation posted on an online community on Oct 17th. A – who claimed to be the ex-girlfriend of “trending actor K” – shared, “We started dating in early 2020 and I had a child with him in July of the same year. Actor K urged me to have an abortion under the pretense of marriage because of advertising penalties.” YouTuber Lee Jin-ho and some netizens pointed out actor K was Kim Seon-ho. Finally, on the morning of Oct 20th, Kim Seon-ho admitted his relationship with A and apologized, “I met that person with good feelings. In the process, I hurt her with my carelessness and inconsiderate behaviors.”
Afterwards, A confessed in an additional position, “I am sorry that my post has unintentionally caused damage to many people. It is true that there was a time when that person and I truly loved each other. I also feel bad seeing him collapse in just a moment due to some parts of my article. I have already received an apology from him, and apparently there were some misunderstandings between us.” She continued, “I hope no more false information will be revealed, or that my and his stories will not be reproduced and exaggerated anymore.
