On September 10, the global fashion brand Calvin Klein announced the launching of their new advertisement campaign with Jennie, a member of the top girl group BLACKPINK. It is said that Jennie is the first Asian star to participate in a global campaign held by Calvin Klein.
On this day, Calvin Klein posted the commercial banner of Jennie for the campaign on their Instagram and stated that Jennie’s large billboard is currently displayed in Houston. The famous brand also posted photos and videos of the shooting in which Jennie gave off relaxed poses in their products.
After that, Jennie released photos of her as a model for Calvin Klein on her official SNS. People can easily recognize that the post was an advertisement for Calvin Klein because of her hashtags.
The items worn by Jennie were reportedly sold out at the same time as the campaign’s launch last weekend. The product began working on the pre-order system as a result of an abnormally strong purchasing response.
