It is reported that as A caused a stir by having an affair with her cousin B’s doctor husband, she had to pay B a large sum of money as alimony.

In the legal dispute, A claimed, “I went to the hotel with my brother-in-law, but I didn’t have an inappropriate relationship with him, and we spent the night at an officetel together, but I fell asleep while eating makgeolli and pajeon,” denying the situation. However, the jury did not accept her statement but ruled that A should pay a large amount of money for infringing on a married couple’s cohabitation. The alimony is known to be 30 million won.
