Bibi, whose popularity is growing these days, has become Wavve’s new brand model.
Online streaming platform Wavve announced on September 28 that Bibi, a star who represents the MZ generation, has been selected as the new brand model.
Wavve carried out a brand renewal last month. The new slogan was set to “JUST DIVE”. Wavve’s new campaign was designed to inform the identity of the new brand and to expand contact with various targets.
In order to strengthen communication with the younger generation, Wavve plans to maximize the effect of the campaign together with its new model Bibi, following IU.
Bibi is a singer-songwriter who is active in various fields such as music, entertainment, commercials, and acting both domestically and overseas. She is especially attracting attention from the MZ generation for her unique character and unfiltered charm.
Wavve will reportedly release a CF series with Bibi as the model from September 30th. This CF series will be produced in various versions and released through various online and offline media such as TV, outdoor, and digital advertisements.
Han Jeong Eun, Wavve’s marketing team leader, said, “We decided to select Bibi as the model because her unique charm and free, hip image fit the brand direction. We hope that this brand renewal and campaign will allow more diverse consumers to experience Wavve.”
