Girl group aespa appeared in a completely different style.
On April 20th, aespa appeared at Incheon International Airport to perform on the stage of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as Coachella), the largest music festival in the United States which will be held on April 23rd.
The members drew attention with their unique airport fashion. Winter and Giselle wore all-black outfits, while Ningning and Karina stood out with distinctive jeans.
aespa will present hit songs such as “Black Mamba”, “Next Level” and “Savage” on Coachella’s main stage. They also plan to perform an unreleased new song specially prepared for this performance.
Is it because of the unreleased new song? The members’ hairstyles are different from past activities. Karina is purple, Ningning is blonde, Giselle is brown while Winter changed from short hair to long gray hair. People are raising expectations on what kind of stage aespa will heat Coachella up.
Coachella is the largest festival in the United States since 1999. The festival attracts 200,000 to 300,000 spectators every year, with the participation of hot pop stars and influential musicians.
This year, about 120 famous artists, including aespa, Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Conan Gray and Pink Sweat$ will be attending.
aespa’s Coachella performance will be available on Coachella’s YouTube channel on April 24th (KST).
