Unlike the above-mentioned tremendously dark drama, Everglow is a work of pure, simple, warm love between two people with a significant age gap. The film features the veteran actress Go Doo Shim and the male lead, who is 33 years younger than her, Ji Hyun Woo.
Everglow revolves around female diver Jin Ok. She met Kyung Hoon, a young film producer who came to make a documentary on Jeju Island. After working together, the two gradually fell in love despite the significant age gap.
