10 Kpop boy and girl groups have the highest album sales in 2020: BTS still at no 1, IZ * ONE defeated many strong opponents
The Kpop groups with the most outstanding album sales in 2020 so far have been announced by the Gaon chart.
Gaon is a physical album chart (chart) based on the total number of albums shipped from record labels / distributors (different from Hanteo which only takes actual sales figures). Gaon’s figures are often used as a base for judging awards at year-end music awards ceremonies in South Korea.
Recently, Gaon announced the full sales of the artists with albums released in August 2020. Based on these figures, we will get a more panoramic view until 2020 about the album sales of some current popular Kpop groups.
Note:
– Sales recorded from January 1, 2020 to the morning of October 9, 2020
– Including sales of albums released during the group’s career. As long as the album generates sales in 2020, it willbe counted.
– The sales of sub-unit are calculated separately, not added to the group.
– The order is ranked by total sales from lowest to highest.
