Sunmi, Nayeon, Kwon Eun-bi Appeared On “Amazing Saturday” But Couldn’t Promote Their Songs Because Of One Person
The three summer queens recently guested at “Amazing Saturday.”
The latest episode of tvN’s variety show “Amazing Saturday-Do Re Mi Market,” which aired on June 15, featured Sunmi, Nayeon, and Kwon Eun-bi as guests.
In this episode, host Boom welcomed the three guests and announced, “Three summer queens are making a comeback.”
“I am back with ‘Balloon in Love.’ It’s a Brit rock genre song with an overwhelming love story,” explained Sunmi, while Nayeon said, “My comeback song is ‘ABCD.’ It is a pop dance song that means I want to seduce others from A to Z.”
Kwon Eun-bi said, “My new song is ‘Sabotage’. It means that I will make my place completely by coping with the anxiety factor that is shaking the world.”
However, MC Boom told the guests, “I have unfortunate news. The promotion showcase section (for the guests to promote their comebacks) disappeared because of Han-hae (rapper and singer, one of the show’s cast). You have to win the snack game to have time to promote your songs. It’s a system created by Han-hae,” which perplexed everyone.
In a previous broadcast, when Han-hae asked for promotion of his new song “Champagne,” “Amazing Saturday” changed its rule. Han-hae said, “I’m so sorry. Is it my fault to release a new song?”
Meanwhile, “Amazing Saturday” is a cross-generational music show in which the participants play a song lyrics dictation game to win food.
