NewJeans’s Danielle, “My Heart Feels Heavy These Days, Thanks For Your Concern And Support”
NewJeans’s Danielle revealed that she was comforted by supportive messages from fans during the recent hard time
On May 8th, Danielle spent time communicating with fans through NewJeans’s fan communication platform Phoning. She said, “I was so happy to see you guys yesterday”. On the previous day, NewJeans turned on a live broadcast to celebrate Minji’s birthday. All five members gathered to celebrate Minji’s birthday together and talked with fans.
Danielle said, “Some Bunnies (NewJeans’s fandom) were very worried because we were a little quieter than usual. Thank you so much for your concern and support. I’ve been feeling a little heavy in my heart these days, but I’m still practicing and working hard to prepare performances for Bunnies. You guys don’t have to worry. There are many things we want to show you guys, so please look forward to us”, then sent a lot of heart emojis.
Danielle was recently selected as the MC for KBS2’s “Korea On Stage”, scheduled to air on May 21st. Hosting “Korea On Stage”, Danielle is expected to play the role of a special presenter to deliver speeches in English and promote the greatness of national heritage to the world.
NewJeans just released their music video for the new song “Bubble Gum” on April 27th. After introducing their Korean single on May 24th, the group will make their official Japan debut with a fanmeeting at Tokyo Dome on the 26th and 27th of June.
Earlier, HYBE filed a complaint to Seoul Yongsan Police Station against ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin and other executives on charges of breach of duty. In response, CEO Min held an emergency press conference on April 25th to refute all the allegations. ADOR’s board of directors, including Min Hee-jin, informed HYBE that they would hold a board meeting on the morning of May 10th.
