Na Young-hee Reveals Her Secret To Prevent Aging, “I’ve Been Stretching For My Whole Life”

Actress Na Young-hee shared several tips on managing her body and visual in order to look young for a long time

Na Young-hee appeared in a content video on the YouTube channel “Now, Baek Ji-yeon” on May 7th and talked about various things.

Regarding the reason why she always acted as chaebol’s wife, Na Young-hee said, “Actually, I don’t have much money. It’s not like I was trying to do something like this. But in my 30s, when they saw my face, it looked too old. So I wondered, ‘why did my face look like that?’. I was surprised. It was sagging so I needed to take care of it. I started getting massages in my 30s”

She continued, “After doing it 10 times, it’s completely different. Now I’ve started doing facial meridians”, adding “As I managed it that way, I became a rich person among my colleagues, and the moment they saw me while selling fish at the market floor, they said, ‘Oh my’ They say I can manage it and become the chairman. I’ll just play the role of a comfortable mother. So even if it’s too neat, the screen is a little unnatural”.

The actress also unveiled her secret to stop aging. She said, “There used to be a person named Vidal Sassoon. I once read an article in a column saying that he maintains his body shape by stretching for 30 minutes. But that really changed me. Yes, I’ve been stretching my whole life”. She added, “It’s not a regular exercise, but I still exercise all the time, and I pay little attention to what I eat. I think that’s why I try not to eat fattening foods, like things that are made with a lot of oil.”

Insisting that styling is very important, Na Young-hee shared, “I was drinking tea with a woman in the US.  She was sitting at the table and was wearing khaki pants and a khaki cotton tee. I thought she was a young woman, but when she turned around, I realized that she was a grandmother. Even when she gets older, she’s cool even if she wears clothes like that”.
