Lee Jun-ho Joins Suzy & IU As Member Of Honor Society Group For 100-Million-Won Donors
Singer and actor Lee Jun-ho once again proved his warm heart as he became a member of the Fruit of Love Honor Society
On June 19th, Lee Jun-ho attended the ceremony held at Shinhan Bank building in Jung-gu, Seoul and became a member of the Honor Society of the Fruit of Love Community Chest of Korea.
Organized by Fruit of Love, Honor Society is a group of donors who have donated over 100 million won. Hyunsook, Yoona, Insooni, Suzy, Ha Chun-hwa, IU, Seolhyun, and Hyeri are celebrities who have already joined the Honor Society.
Receiving the certificate and plaque, Lee Jun-ho expressed his feelings, saying “I’m very grateful to become a member of the Honor Society and contribute my little help to create a better world. I want to share the love I received and contribute my heart to make warm changes in the future”. His donation will be used to support projects for vulnerable children overseas.
In 2011, Lee Jun-ho joined hands with World Vision, an international non-governmental organization for relief and development, to support children in Ethiopia and Ghana. He officially became an ambassador for World Vision in July 2022 and has been working with the organization for 13 years.
Holding his solo concerts in 2015, 2017, and January this year, Lee Jun-ho set up booths to promote child-sponsored programs. He also delivered donations to provide drinking water to people in Ethiopia and cover emergency relief expenses for children suffering from COVID-19. The singer-actor is spreading his good influence in various ways, including sponsoring children in Korea and participating in various campaigns.
