Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo & More Stars Become Neighbors In Yongsan Luxury Villa

According to Tenasia on June 20th, Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo, Soo-ae, Ryu Deok-hwa & Jeon Su-rin couple, soccer player Kim Ki-hee purchased houses in Afer Hangang, Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Gong Yoo purchased a 240.70㎡ apartment, while Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo and Ryu Deok-hwa & Jeon Su-rin couple own 241.32㎡ houses each. Soo-ae’s apartment is 246.18㎡ and soccer player Kim Ki-hee’s house is 226.87㎡. Except for Ryu Deok-hwa and his wife, other people bought their houses in full cash. Ryu Deok-hwa’s apartment was purchased under his wife’s name.

According to the real estate industry, a general apartment in Afer Hangang is priced at 6 billion won and a penthouse can be up to 12 billion won. The current price for a general apartment is already about 9~10 billion won.

Aiming to become the most luxurious residential town, Afer Hangang was built with 26 apartments with areas ranging from 205.84㎡ to 273.94㎡ across 5 basements to 10 floors above the ground. The whole place was designed by the famous architect Yoo Hyun-joon, who is working as a Professor at Hongi University.
