BTS’s Jungkook’s pet SNS constantly sets new records “Bam’s Daddy takes the world by storm”

On April 14th, Jungkook announced through the fan community Weverse “Since I can’t brag about myself now, I’ll brag about my baby. Have a fun ‘Bam’ (night) from now on. Unity!” along with the news of opening the Instagram account “Bowwow_bam” for his dog.

Jungkook previously hinted during a personal live broadcast in December last year, ahead of his military enlistment, that there could be an SNS account for his dog “Jeon Bam”, raising expectations.

Upon the news of Jungkook opening SNS, the account surpassed 1 million followers in about 4 hours, 2 million in 7 hours and 3 million in 17 hours. Furthermore, on the morning of April 16th, it surpassed 4 million followers, proving Jungkook’s global popularity.

The official account of the “World Music Awards” (WMA) stated that Jungkook’s newly opened “Bowwow_bam” account broke the world record for fastest pet account surpassing 1 million followers.

Subsequently, “Bowwow_bam” continued to set records by reaching 2 million, 3 million and 4 million followers in the shortest time among pet Instagram accounts. Additionally, every post garnered over 2 million likes within a single day, indicating explosive global responses and interest.

Prior to his military service, Jungkook unexpectedly deleted his personal Instagram account, which had around 52.4 million followers, in February last year.

He is operating his personal TikTok account “jungkook”, uploading various videos and engaging with fans by liking and commenting on their posts, serving as a communication platform.
