Q. Please share your thoughts on the conclusion of “Blood Free”.

A. When I first received the script, it was so enjoyable that I read Parts 1 and 2 in one go. It was a cleverly crafted work that made me question what choices I would make and what thoughts I would have in certain situations. I waited eagerly as a viewer every Wednesday for the release of two episodes per week. It’s regrettable that it ended, and I’m thankful to everyone who enjoyed watching it.

Q. Were there any specific aspects you focused on to portray a successful female entrepreneur, such as appearance, fashion or tone of acting?

A. Personally, I really liked Yun Ja-yu’s style as a businesswoman. I suggested cutting my long hair to give a different appearance, and that opinion was accepted. Also, Yun Ja-yu is a character who doesn’t show emotions, so I made efforts to change my tone of voice to create a character like a thick leaf.

Q. It must have been challenging to portray Yun Ja-yu’s psychology. What mindset did you approach the filming with?

A. It was an honor as an actress to portray such a remarkable female character as Yun Ja-yu. However, Yun Ja-yu was a character who was lonely and solitary even before she became a businesswoman, so I often isolated myself on set and felt like it was a lonely filming site. She was a challenging character, but it will be a special experience that I will remember. Yun Ja-yu was such a great and attractive woman.
