Specifically, a real estate agent confirmed that Jennie currently owns a luxury apartment worth 5 billion won (3.6 million USD) at La Terrasse Hannam in the affluent UN Village area.

The show also took viewers to visit an apartment in the La Terrasse Hannam complex. It’s worth noting that initially, all 15 super-luxurious apartments here were identical and came with fully furnished amenities. Therefore, touring an apartment in La Terrasse Hannam on screen is equivalent to glimpsing into Jennie’s upscale living space. The apartment featured in the show is exquisitely designed with a view of the Han River. Particularly, the host exclaimed, “It’s like a scene in an art gallery,” when visiting the spacious living room.

It is known that Jennie is one of the most famous and wealthiest under-30 female artists in the Korean entertainment industry. After about 8 years of diligent artistic activities, she has accumulated an impressive wealth. At the end of last year, the 90s beauty announced the establishment of her own company named ODDATELIER, officially taking on the role of President. According to South Korean media reports, the company was founded in November 2023 and focuses on supporting Jennie’s personal career development.

In addition to the 5 billion won (3.6 million USD) apartment in the wealthy UN Village area, Jennie also holds real estate assets worth up to 6.5 billion won (4.7 million USD) in the bustling Hannam area (Seoul).
